MANUFACTURER OF PLASTIC COMPONENTS

The company M + D plast, Ltd. was established in 2006 to cover the demand for plastic components in Automotive industry. The main activity is the injection of plastic assortment using hydraulic injection molding machines, which are further processed by the customers in particular for the attachment or guidance of windows in the bodywork. With the growing demand and using long-term experience of our employees in the field of injection molding, the operation has expanded to include additional injection molding machines and other activities related to the production of plastic components and has been relocated to larger premises due to capacity reasons. The production hall consists of a production part with injection technologies, a storage part of input raw materials, finished components, tools, part for repair and maintenance and administrative premises. The company has lond strived for sustainable development in the field of quality, environment, safety at work and customer satisfaction whose requirements are among the main priorities.

QUALITY AND IMS

The company applies and maintains a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard. It constantly increases the efficiency of production processes and methods through the most appropriate technological solutions. In relation to customers, it presents a high quality of work and the ability to ensure their requirements in the full range. Among other things, it also fills other requirements in the basic management processes resulting from the VDA 6 standard.
The company creates and ensures sade conditions and healthy environment for its employees. It constantly improves the occupational health and safety system and maintains the management system according to the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
The company also complies with the applicable legal regulations in the field of the environment. It aims to continuously improve environmental protection by increasing ecological production processes and careful waste management. The company also has established environmental management system according to the ISO 14001:2015 standard.

Technology

The entire assortment is produces using high-performance hydraulic injection molding machines with clamping force from 0-500 tonsfrom renowned manufacturers – Kraus Maffei, Engel, Ferromatik.

Activity

The main activity is the injection of plastic assortment using hydraulic injection molding machines. Our portfolio consists of more than 80 types of plastic components. It includes division bars used to guide the windows in the car, pins and clips whose tas tis to hold the windows in the carbody. In addition, we also offer consumer goods in the form of various suction cups, damping coskets for trolleys and extensions. We use several types of technical plastics in production (e.g. PP, PA, POM, PBT, ASA, PC, ABS and others). In addition to the injection molding process, our activity is also focused on application the adhesive blend to division bars, pushing the nuts, application of adhesive tape, maintenance and service of tools.

Social responsibility

The principles of responsible business are applied by the company not only to customers and employees but also to communities. At the same time the company has long been striving for sustainable development which is also related to cooperation and maintaining good relations with the surroundings. The company participates in the financial support of local events and clubs, especially in in sport and education. It also regularly provides financial and other material assistance to a civic association that helpd disabled children.
